Unhappy Should I get Negative feedback or neutral feedback?

OK pretty sure everyone has heard this story before but anyways I will get to the point.

I work from 7am-4:30pm shift and my post office closes at 5pm so I had my Mom send the items. So everything went well but then somewhere along the line package gets halted in Des Moines, Iowa and today I got mail from there stating that the items fell out of the package. I did the right thing about contacting the buyer stating what happened with the items and issued a full refund. Now my question is should I get a Negative feedback or Neutral feedback?

I feel like negative feedback because I should have packed the items myself then had my mom ship them. But I am leaving it up to the community and the buyer.

I feel real bad

If all you say is true, you don't deserve negative nor nuetral. A problem arised and you took care of the buyer, and left it all on your plate which is indeed your responsibility at that point in time during the transaction. Unfortunately it seems this might just be an expensive learning experience for you. We all have them. You want something done right, you gotta do it yourself!

youre a good man for immediately refunding the buyer. you shouldnt be "punished" for doing the right thing, shit happens

Personally going off of only what you are saying, I would actually leave you a positive feedback based on the fact that you were acting in a stand up manner during the transaction.
