Are you asking if anyone has dealt with him recently because of his feedback rating??

I doubt it. He seems to be a POS/scammer from way back who managed to not get caught. He even created a third account just to give himself a good feedback rating years ago, and then ripped someone off with that account

He's such a turd flies won't even land on him, stay away!

FYI, all his accounts are now banned, thanks for bringing him to my attention!

Hi
I bought and paid him on 18 June but since no news. He offered me a Paypal payment between friend so that there is no charge but I preferred to take a secure at my own expense. Now I will open a dispute with Paypal.
Thank you

How did a secured payment that you made cost you money. Usually this is a seller's cost to do business. Or did he offer you a discount to pay through friends and family.

Either way good for you for playing it safe and following the rules.

basically he most likely paid the cost difference due to the fee. So for example I think its like 3%% paypal fee on the transaction, so he probably just kicked in the 3% or whatever into his payment. Back before the rules banned that being requested, it was common to see thread stating to add in paypal fees too.

That right there should have been a BIG RED flag!!
I'd go ahead & file a claim as soon as possible with PayPal.
