That's the wroñg attitude! You should follow through with trying to get your money back, if its like you say! Many times situations such as yours have been resolved just by communicating with the person on threads such as this one! Even so drop him a pm with this link in it so he/she can see what's going on so maybe he/she will see that they wronged you, if they did??? And someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you can possibly use this as evidence with paypal to show that you tried communicating with him in your claim.

First of all I would never take anyone's word about a nitro engine or would I ever buy a used nitro engine unless I personally know the guy, in my years of racing nitro on road I bought 1 used nitro engine and that was from Maxey ( from maxey racing fuels)himself

Careful with PP BTW.....They don't understand that you cant tell if something like this is whipped unless your dismantle. Sometimes their thoughts are that if you work on it or "run", its yours. So be patient and make this refund happen....Then due feedback so we don't have a run in with this person or his "lawyer"...lol....peace

I'm pretty confident one hour of a lawyers time is about twice what you paid him (at least) So don't get scared off by his threats. I don't know a single private practice that would actually waste their time with it. Even an ambulance chaser would scoff at it.
I had one guy threaten to call the police on me because he broke a part on a car I sold him even after I offered to get him a replacement part. Which I didn't need to do. Some people are just loco.

Like I said guys,i just got way to much going on to juggle this in the mix,ill take the engine apart,port the sleeve,mod the combustion chamber and pop a new rod in it and make something out of nothing.but carma is a bitc#.

The seller has contacted me, as I am *his lawyer* and I am drawing up the paperwork as we speak to file a class action lawsuit and take the buyer on judge Judy. My client has suffered extreme emotional damage, pain and suffering and defamation of his *rc character*. As his lawyer I see no reason why he cannot sell an item and call it new when its totally trashed. I am filing this lawsuit against the buyer to protect the rights of lowlife scammers from all over the world and ensure their rights as pieces of crap scammers are protected as per case OJ Sampson vs Nicole green
