Damn, you can't make this stuff up. Great reading while I wait for a database import to complete.

So let me get this straight:

1) Seller flat out lies in original ad, claiming merchandise is "like new"
2) Buyer receives gear that isn't maintained, incorrectly assembled, and abused, thus falling short of any interpretation of "like new" whatsoever
3) Buyer requests refund and offers to send car back
4) Seller essentially tells buyer to get bent; leaves ridiculous revenge feedback
5) Buyer files claim with PayPal and wins, and is decent enough to try to get merchandise back to seller, despite seller's numerous shenanigans
6) Seller never lost original funds, and tries to take advantage of buyer YET AGAIN by concealing the fact that PayPal settled the claim out of their own pocket
7) Seller has the audacity to act flustered when buyer backs out of sending car back after learning from PayPal that seller still has original funds
8) Over the course of #1 - #7, seller threatened buyer physically

If that's even half accurate, then seller is one piece of work.

In some alternate universe ...

09) Buyer happily "returns" car in person
10) Seller disagrees with potential "transport" location of car
11) Seller learns first hand car is not supposed to go "in there"
12) Seller agrees with Buyer that car no longer has that "new" car smell

The seller and buyer have their funds and neither suffered any loss. There was no personal gain in my suggestion, in fact I'd be out the cost of shipping. Hate me all you like, but your personal attack is out of line and you've clearly shown your true colours.
BS, your club gets a TC7.1 for free... oh wait, for the cost of shipping.

The only thing that prompted you to suggest I close this thread was my opinion that the buyer keep the car. I should close this thread because I don't think the buyer should donate the car? That's basically what you've said right?

The seller has his cash, the buyer has his money back, nobody took a loss. The buyer now also has a sedan he himself considers junk. Lots of bad karma here and I proposed a solution.

My club has a need for loaner cars, and I admit that a TC7.1 (even a badly maintained one) would be great. Personally I gain nothing, nada, zip and as I posted I would personally be out the cost of shipping. I am not part of my club's admins and have nothing to gain. You are mistaken racer1812 if you believe otherwise.

Having you continually post in this thread is nothing more than trolling and hate mongering. Neither traits are becoming for a forum moderator.

There is no value in keeping this thread open any longer and it should be closed. Sadly, you've no taken it upon yourself to use this thread to make personal attacks against me.

Enough of your BS and time to move on.
