account suspended? why?

We have these little things called "rules". All of which are posted. Some people decide to break them. The result, sometimes, is you get suspended.

Suspended doesn't always mean banned. And we have no way to show users one or the other.

Just tryin to figure out if I am out $75 or not, and whether I need to procure a different ESC or not. Is this related to paypal TOS?

Did you send him payment as a "gift"??

Our rules says what..Sellers may NOT ask for "gift" payments, and buyers should NOT send "gift" payments..

I don't know if he's a scammer or not, if that's what you're asking.

He's suspended for asking for gift payments via text, PM, or email. You can't do that, it's in the rules, and that's currently why he's suspended.

never send as gift payment, and if you do (BYE BYE) money. now you can not file a claim with paypal. if the seller cant afford to pay a couple of bucks for PayPal fee's then the seller does not need to be selling.

I mistakenly sent him money a few days ago (for goods and services) and asked for him to refund it and I haven't heard back. He logged on that same day so he had to have seen the request....still waiting Shawn.

You need to go through PayPal.
