Questions

I paypal'd a member on here a couple weeks ago and they said it had been shipped last Tuesday. As of today, still no package.

Last Thursday I asked for a tracking number and when I call the usps, it says no tracking number on file. I don't want to get the seller mad if he really did send it but I don't feel like getting screwed out of 90 bucks. Suggestions?

Open a complaint in PayPal. If that doesn't get a proper tracking number, then escalate to a claim.

Contact the seller again and see whats going on...If you're getting the run around then open up a dispute/claim with paypal.

Just to be clear...the motor WAS shipped last tuesday via usps. He has the tracking number
9505511146516096230061 if you check on the usps web site it says for what ever usps reason it is delayed in Texas.
Thank you

since you paid for 2 day priority, you should be able to get more answers, especially if you go to your local post office and complain a little bit, I know mine will go out of her way to help me out, gotta love north texas

I'm yet to find a seller who has complete control over any postal system but have no trouble finding buyers who seem to assume a seller controls the fate of their parcel beyond when they actually post it.

that sucks, but it seems that the OP was a little bit too fast on starting a thread like this, as we don't know if any PM's have been back and forth between the two, but the tracking number shows it was shipped and the hold up is somewhere in North Texas, so hopefully they will get this figured out, meaning usps

well said. I pick up some parts from west va 2 weeks ago( priority too) and it took 10 days to get to me usps seems to be real slow these days.

A few years ago I sold a nitro engine to a guy in Texas. It took exactly one month for it to arrive. Tracking number only showed that it left my local post office for roughly 25 days. Then, all of a sudden, it was updated and appeared that the engine traveled all over Texas for roughly 3 weeks.:weird:

I was by no means bashing the seller. I've bought from various people on here and never had it happen like this.
I showed my local postman the screen on the usps tracking info and he said that he had never encountered anything like that.
I live 2states away from where it was shipped from so I didn't think it was going to be more than a couple of days. I apologize if I pissed anyone off, but you have to look at it from my point of view when I get one word answers from the seller and have to ask for a tracking number then wait a couple of days before I get a response and then find out that it is a friend selling for someone. When I ship something, I immediately send them the receipt and tracking number to make them more comfortable about their purchase.

It's hung in a loop dude. Plainly see it has hit NORTH TEXAS PROCESSING AND DISTRIBUTION CENTER at least 3 times. It might be time for you to call the PO and intervene to get it headed the right place. I would say OP was right in starting this thread. Not to blame you, but to figure out what is going on.

ETA this isn't good dude> Processing Exception

I would agree. Unless the seller gets on the phone, I don't think it's gonna get where it's suppose to.

The USPS fubar isn't the sellers fault. But as always, the seller is "on the hook" for making sure the buyer receives what they paid for.
