So I have bought and sold with RCTech quite a bit since joining, and other than a PM getting overlooked here and there i have never had a problem with anyone. On 12/4 I purchased a few things to the tune of $135. I still havent received my items yet.

Seller has had personal issues since the beginning and told me up front that it would be a few days until he could ship. With the holidays impending i had no problems with that. Then further problems caused a longer delay. I was trying to be understanding and patiently waited. He's responded to my communications after several days each time, but his actions haven't matched his words yet.

If the seller had intentions of shipping, he should've done this a long time ago IMO. I just started a paypal dispute a few minutes ago, anything else i need to be doing?

I would send him a link to this thread. That should get something going if he wants to protect his many + feedback. Good luck.

Yes that is the last time I got a pm from him. He has a ton of good feedback so I was not too worried about it. But we're 44 days into this, I feel like I've been patient enough.

You are more patient man than myself. 44 days is unacceptable. He should have issued you a refund a long time ago if he was unable to ship the items.

I agree with you, and when i sell something to a perfect stranger, online, who has placed fairly significant trust in me, I get very anxious if i dont have it shipped on day two. However, everyone is not like me so I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Why in the hell would you risk 100+ perfect feedback over a $135 transaction? I know i wouldn't.

I suppose when you start a thread titled like this:

http://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-item...etely-out.html

Apparently he doesn't feel he will need his feedback score any longer if he's truly getting out of the hobby.

I applaud your patience. I wouldn't have been able to let him slide this long.

Thanks. I didnt link the thread because I didnt want to drag his name through the mud. He hasn't logged in since the 28th so i know he's not making any other deals to possibly let go bad. Had he started popping up I would've made it known though to protect any other would be buyers.

You should still leave him negative feedback.

Yes, but he hadn't actually ripped anyone off. And unless you take the time to read through the ENTIRE thread and understand it..Keep your trap shut.

Oh I know he was certainly an "issue" in that thread. But that's not the same as ripping people off, Like he did this time.

I wasn't directing the keeping your trap shut comment at you or Jaymond.

More of a comment for anyone who reads these threads. I just don't need to hear all the "something should have been done last time" BS. There was nothing to do last time.
