F1AZURE not shipping item

Bought some 1/8th scale tires from F1AZURE on 11/16/15.Said he would ship them next day. He has not. A wrote 2 weeks later and said he forgot but he still has not shipped them.

Ah it's ok. I figure doing lots of deals on here someone is going eventuality get one over on me.

yes I plan to do that. I am always worried about doing that to as then that person will leave you negative feedback for no reason.

Retaliatory feedback can't be left here. Racer or myself can correct it, if we deem it unfair negative.

ok now it gets weirder...i filed the claim...heard nothing from the seller. Ordered the tires i needed a few weeks ago from Amain that I needed for racing yesterday. Paypal went in my favor so that was good.
Then out of nowhere the tires show up..
What to do now? Its annoying as I had to order from amain and pay full price. I guess i could just return the tires to him.
