I'll not saying he should have filed a complaint without contacting you first and I understand the Post Office being closed, but is it people wait until an item is sold to find a box and pack the item?

A simple email response was all i was looking for ; after I paid on the 11 no response from seller until I contacted the seller through pay pal . I never asked for a refund only asked for a tracking number . Seller stated she shopped shipment ????I guess it was a misunderstanding

I think you owe the seller an apology for jumping the gun. Seller should have followed up with a shipping schedule as well. I have made this mistake on Ebay as well, trying to contact seller for a tracking # and inadvertently starting a PP case, it's easier than people think to make this mistake. I immediately contacted the seller and let them know that was not the intent. Upon receipt of item immediately closed it and let them good fb. That was a killer deal on that charger, you might have screwed the pooch on it.
