I had a trade setup w/ him for the truck. He came back and said it was on longer available because he traded w someone else. Not cool. Now it appears he messed w other people as well. Lame seller/trader. Wasn't going to post anything negative because trade never when through, but his business practices are poor.

price was cheap as hell, if something looks too good to be true, it probably is

Obviously this was originally Mattp For Sale thread. Based on the posts and PMs I received I moved it here.

wild guess: he needed money asap for something (he was probably being paid the next day or two) posted up a ridiculously good deal to recover the money he needed for whatever it is.. once he got what he needed. refunded the funds. win-win for him

I doubt it... He's been dropping the price on this for weeks... It's for sale then he's keeping it, Then it's for sale again.....

This thread brings up a question. I've wondered about this forum for some time.

Mattp's trader rating shows 2 transactions, GXmech and Red100076. GXmech in particular states Mattp took his money and never shipped. Then has NSF to pay the refund to GXmech. Thats scamming some one 100% and yet Mattp is allowed to do business. Why is this?

I'm not trying to attack Mattp per-say, hes just a good example of something that doesn't make sense.

Disclaimer: maybe Mattp did refund GXmech's money. I don't know the full story.
