I made you an offer too early. I did the research on the Tekin dyno. It does not give accurate numbers from one reading to another and I can not get it repaired. We never even traded. How does that make me a bad trader?

You are immature and need to grow up. Just because you are pissed you couldn't sell your dyno does not mean you have to call me a bad trader.

I thought this section was to complain about getting a bad product (not as described) or getting screwed of the payment. This deal was not written in stone!!!! I am allowed to change my mind. I didn't know making and offer made the deal binding.


Let me ask you, what kind of dyno do you use now? I am saving for a Fantom and you just can't respect that.

well as they say, a deal is not done untill you get the money.....but i have shown the private messages to others, and they feal that we had a deal....i had 3 others who wanted it but did not sell to them cause you said you wanted it, you would have been quite angry if i had said ya send me the money, and they sold it to someone else...right, it is not my fault that you opened you mouth before you looked into it, the tekin dyno is a fine dyno, it is great for getting power ## and for checking amp draw, and rpm...but for you to insult me and tell me that i am "imature and should grow up " is bull......i have all the corispondence that was sent....and at the point when you said give me your addy, so i can send you a check that says a deal is done....if you cant even make good on this board how am i soposed to buy sports suplements from you???? i put it here so people would not go on your word, cause it is worth nothing.....

It is over. Sell it to someone else and move on. Sorry if I ruined any pending deals for you. Like I said I am allowed to change my mind, and taking down your address does not mean the deal is sealed. I will not debate this any further with you. Good luck racing.

Yo. Ty, ya backed out. Deal was kinda sealed with addy request. But your right you can change your mind but ya should of thought of that before ya said yes and wasted losi's time.

mr. losi, I know how you feel I had a deal that wasn't quite as advanced as yours but sounded pretty solid to the point where I had an agreement on a price and then never heard back. The caveat was that I had postponed listing the item on Ebay because of this and had actually agreed to a price lower than what I knew I could get on Ebay (as evidenced by the fact that it is now on Ebay at a higher than the agreed upon price). But like others have said I guess till the cash is in hand there is no deal, the only drag about it is you stop your marketting of the item and in my case the cash is now delayed 2-3 weeks past where I wanted to recieve it.
