1) this isn't actual feedback. You need to click the "trader rating" under his user name and follow the steps there.

2) He hasn't received it, you haven't even shipped it yet. How do you know he's a great buyer?? He may turn out to be a complete PITA with insane buyer expectations that result in a PP dispute.

Having the 6 brain cells required to click "Pay Now" on PP doesn't make a person a great buyer..IMO
