Who told you the package is "held in customs"?

The shipper?

The US Customs will not hold a package heading outside the US, and your country's customs office will not tell the shipper anything.

He is probably lieing especially given his past history.

Well he is lieing once again.

US customs do not hold packages that are heading outside the US. They only hold packages heading inside the US.

And even if US customs was holding the package, they would not just tell him that information right away. It would take many weeks before they even told him.

ok, now hold on... this is a international shipping, you cant expect it to be there in under 2 or three weeks. i ordred from haki sacks from canada and its been 3 weeks already. 92tsi still hasnt recieved your car either, so you arent the only one wondering where their car is. usa to singapore is halfway around the world, so give it a little more time, please.
