I would look into the weight when it was shipped out, and when it was delivered. They should be the same. If they are, then it is very likely that there is a little less than the truth going on here.

A full 2 1/2 weeks later... Yeah Right. I dont know of a single person that buys/orders something and they dont check the box as soon as it arrives. I dont know who he is but it smells a lil fishy to me. I would ask him for a photo of the original packaging when he opened the box. If i received a parcel and not all of the contents were there I would surely take a pic, I think most others would do the same. wish you the best of luck.

I have bought something and didn't check it out.

However, it was something new from tower and it was a battery I wasn't going to use right away. so it sat in the battery box from the manufacturer, by the time I finally got to check it out, it actually was a lower mah than what I thought I had bought even though the box said one thing, the battery inside said another.

But my fault for not checking it, however, I can see if someone did this as say a gift for someone in my case for a later date that would come up.

Anyway, just throwing that out there, now you know someone who did

But I agree, that long to say a receiver was not present is quite fishy.

Didn't we have this exact same issue before on this forum? Guy sold two receivers to buyer who claimed weeks later to only receive one? Hmmmm...

It's been said before, any one of us who bought something, opened the package, saw there was only "one of two" in box, would INSTANTLY be sending pm's to seller same day. Not WEEKS later.

OP....can you pm me the username? Would not want to deal with your buyer.

Now that you mention it i do remember a very similar scenario not long ago but i think the op should definately ask for some verification or like racer said go pound sand. I think the alotted time to check the parcel is up but just my opinion

Who's the buyer? That's easy to figure out. Question is, what does he expect you to do, and does he know about this thread??

How were they shipped? Did you use an actual cardboard shipping box, properly taped with packing tape, with the items secured inside?

Because the way I myself ship things, there is no way half the items in a box would not turn up in the mail with the rest of the things, unless the box itself got trashed by the shipping company.

Even if he used a padded envelope..One makes it, and one falls out? Come on I just don't buy it....no pun intended

That's my point... i have had people ship me things in an envelope that should have gone in a nice box... and one of those mail reader thingies tears it open in transit, and SOMETHING falls out. The mail usually catches it later, and will re-tape it up and send it on it's way... and you will get some percentage of your items. But if it goes in a box, taped properly.. unless it was opened by the mail.. there is 0% chance that some items will fall out and some items will make it. They tend to be quite a bit more "all or nothing".
