Since posting this He has responded...so Hopefully this is a miss understanding and can be resolved..Paypal dispute has been opened and Credit card has been notified..Credit card said if not resolved by 15th they will deal with it

Interesting to say the least. I recently dealt with "Chuck Churilla" and lost contact with him along the way. Apparently his phone was damaged and caused the issues/loss of contact. He apparently does not know how to leave feedback for buyers too, but demands it for himself.

I would have demanded a refund and nothing less. If you had this much trouble getting him to acknowledge you or to even ship something you already paid for, imagine trying to get to a resolution if what you receive isn't what was sold! People like that don't deserve to be on here, regardless of their excuses, we've heard them all. If its not the wife's fault, its a car accident, a dead uncle, an emergency/hospital visit or just plain forgot..

I swear, if some peoples heads weren't secured in place, they would lose them.. Some have already lost their minds as it is..
