He can send it back if he so chooses, nothing wrong with that.

Im not a hobby shop, I don't take returns. Its not my fault he bought another car bc he was getting impatient.

You took an extended amount of time to ship, enough so that he had to file a PayPal claim and make a post. You never responded to him while being active on the forums. He went elsewhere plain and simple.

Accept the return and chalk it up as a learning experience. He's shipping back on his dime already.

I really doubt that anyone can become impatient enough to think its a good idea to buy a car, when you should have basically the same car coming already.

If it is true, then it is the buyers mistake, as he should follow through on all deals that are made, even if he has "already bought another car" when he had bought and payed for a different one already. That's not an excuse to return the first.

At this point. If the car comes back just wash up and walk away. I agree that the initial delay of shipping out to him is a factor even if there is a good reason at the time on your end.

Yes some blame can be placed on carbon for this whole thing. But he doesn't deserve to be out both his car and $300. At this point what matters is whether or not the car has been shipped back or not. Which is what the buyer said he would do, via PM's.

If I get the car back in the next few days that's fine, Not ideal but at this point I don't care. I ideally would like the money back into my account tho. As for the time it took to ship, after I explained why it took so long and gave him the tracking #, he seemed to be ok with it.

Its now 48 hours and no word from the buyer thru RCTech or paypal...

Give PP another call. Explain he has now received the car, as well as the refund. Refuses to either send the car back or refund the refund or even acknowledge you're attempts to get this right. Make sure they understand this.

I've been sending and have received PM's. I'm now waiting for both parties to reply based on those PM's.
