Angry lv4sndz

Beware of this seller!
Here is the post
http://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-item...-b4-2-rtr.html

Here is the story...
I purchased a b4.2 from lv4sndz that apparently is RTR with a tekin speed control, losi motor, and dx3s plus lipos extra tires bodys etc!!! what a great deal right?

Upon opening it at work...

-The losi motor is not soldered (not a big deal) but its completely fried...
-Tekin speed control works but was clearly overheated because of the fried motor most likely
- There was no servo horn. Again not a big deal but it was advertised as RTR
- 2 out of the 3 batteries included in the sale were SUPER puffed, not even safe to use, im surprised they didn't blow up in shipping.

The best part is his phone number he gave me no longer works even though we talked before so i know he shut it off to block communication. Call him for yourself his number is on the add.

Well thats my story i already contacted paypal and filed a claim. Im just a new member trying to gain a good reputation and learn a few things its crazy that some people are like this...

What i am really worried about is that he will leave me negative feedback. I have zero feedback right now because i just joined like i said so this would completely ruin me...

A mod will be able to remove a retaliatory negative.

Why are you worried about this site when you should be getting your money back? You were obviously ripped off, you should be filing a complaint with paypal or your credit company to get your funds back.

Default Hmmmmm...

Well first off, you posted this in the wrong section. This thread belongs in the feedback section. And as far as your feedback goes, I'm sure the Moderators will hear both of you out before correcting your feedback if negative feedback is left. They are pretty good about being Mods. And lastly good luck in this forum, you will love it here. Sad to hear this is your welcome purchase. Next time if something isn't in the pics ask for detailed pics of EVERYTHING and to disclose and the bad stuff so you know and base your decision on that information. Again good luck and I hope to hear his side so you two can clear things up.

Thanks for all the input guys. I have posted this thread in the proper section now. I have already called Paypal a few hours ago and filed a claim. Its nice to see that the majority of RC tech is eager to help new people... not rip them off thanks guys.

Also don't ship anything back until you get approval from PayPal and know you will get your funds... I have seen a few bad cases on here where they take it upon themselves and ship things back without a approval and things only got worse.
