I will gladly return it i even offered paypal to return it bu they never give me an address and i really dont trust this guy to do it not on paypal. What should i do! I cant contact the seller because he is irate and paypal has no interest in having me send it back...

This is exactly what i thought would happen i just wanted to join this great community and now im getting attacked because of an unfortunate situation... I tried to do the right thing and now im being crucified. I should have just stayed off the marketplace until i got a little more used to this site. I have only been here a month and people already want to IP ban me....

You do the RIGHT thing and contact a mod for a middleman. Racer has done stuff like this before, I'm sure he would gladly do it.

You pm this guy, ask him if he would mind be a middleman for the return of the truck. If he says yes, you send it to him, with a PP payment to him to cover his shipment onto the seller.

hopefully this all works out. I do believe there should be some rule for selling. would help to filter out the people scamming, or just out to make a buck and not contribute to the community. maybe X as a member and a min post count or something.

Take a deep breath, he sounds like he is trying to do right. If you want to reinflame the situation go ahead, you'll really be on you're own. My advice FWIW, let him send it whatever he feels comfortable with.

Nobody is trying to bbq you. Its that it comes across that your not in a hurry to get it back to the seller. So you thought you were getting scammed then you get your money nback and..... id be a little irate if I was the seller. You will get through this just fine it just takes a little time. Retaliatory feedback can be fixed.
Same thing here . Id be upset also if I was out the money and the car. Everyone that posted here is trying to help. Contact a mod or member with a good feedback and length of time ask them to be a middle man if needed. Cinnnabun even offered to do it and ill vouch for him being a good guy.
