I called PP tonight. I got nowhere with them.... They know he's scamming and has more than a few claims against him...

The transactions were protected and everyone will get there $$$ back, we just have to wait 2 weeks while paypal twiddles their thumbs.

but they can see how many claims they just won't tell you. I have a different status paypal wise then most of you so that is most likely why I was able to escalate easier. But rest assured if you wait you will get a refund.
