Buyer issue with cheebs

I might be open to a trade for an ipad. other than that I am getting out of rc.

M03 minicooper it is in parts but it is all there the body is trash and it includes a lrp brshed esc and sliver can motor. 80$
Caster racing k8t pro truggy there are two one has been converted to electric and the other is striped but with enough parts to rebuild it. plus a good set of tires on each. 225$ for both and all the parts.SOLD
Losi 8ight v1 converted to electric with a losi conversion kit just the roller 135$SOLD
Dex210 roller i did not even get to run this on a track just in the back yard to test it. very clean. 130$ SOLD

i have not answered you for two reasons. first you sent me text and a pm and give a few hours to respond then leave a post in my thread about me selling junk in my post. second you want a refund but don't want to return the batteries. i find that funny and does make me pause. you file a paypal claim asking for a partial refund and again saying that the batteries are junk. why do you want to keep them if they are junk.

I don't want these pieces of junk I Want to send them back! I wated over 24 hours. I have the box you can refund the total amount ill ship them priority tomorrow.

then why did you not say that first? why did you ask for a partial refund thru paypal? the pictures are very clear and i was very clear i threw the extra set in for a extra 10 bucks. you knew what was wrong with it. plus the batteries work. if you were as bothered by the batteries the first thing you should have said is i would like to return them. but you didn't you tried to get your money back without returning the batteries. that is the claim you filed with paypal. you waited 24 hours it's just over 24 hours at this point. check your post times. if you want a refund you ship the batteries back and the box should be the same weight as i sent with tracking and you can have your refund. but don't put on an act like i cheated you. when your the one asking for a refund but don't want to return what you brought.

where's proof the other batteries don't work. why change your story when i posted the whole thing? now you would like a full refund and return the batteries. return the batteries and i will refund your money. i have already said it.

2. You said you were sending wires at least one set
3. you CLAIMED the cracked battery worked...yes I knew it was cracked but I was told it did work
4. I text you immieadtly after opening the box and said

They all seem to be puffed
