I understand your position 100%. And I wouldn't expect you to drop the paypal case in hopes of still receiving an item you should have had long ago. I was more just wondering if the original deal was still an option since it looks to me like this guy is in a shitty spot and money isn't an option. At least I hope that's the issue cuz if not, well I won't go into that...........

I hope everything gets straightened out quickly. Good luck!

What a mess. Regardless of insufficient funds, you have Buyer Protection and will be reimbursed.

If it were me, I wouldn't want the Truggy now. Everytime I looked at it I would be reminded of all the BS. If Seller was dishonest regarding the shipping, it is possible there are more unknown surprises with the truggy that weren't disclosed. Be safe and move on.

Good luck,

Based on the information I was given at the time and had you in fact received your money yesterday. Yes I would have allowed him to stay. I wouldn't have banned him at that time anyway, nothing had been confirmed and it appeared you had been sent a refund. Obviously that's not the case and he will be gone after I post this.

I have no sympathy for ISF situations. I don't care if you needed to pay the rent so you and your 12 kids don't get evicted or if your wife decided to go buy a new purse. I couldn't care less, you're dealing with someone else's money. If you don't have enough of your own money to cover a return you shouldn't be spending a buyers payment until the deal is done...IMO

All that being said....Ralph, I try to be very transparent with why I make the decisions that I do. That's MY choice, you're not entitled to or am I required to explain my actions to ANYONE other than admin, which I've never had to do.

I'm glad you're getting your money back and I'm sorry you had to deal with this on RCT.

Classic!!!!

A 4 page thread about a guy ripping someone off for a truggy. Now, nearly 3 years later, this guy reads it (or maybe not) and is really interested in buying it.
