Heck no .... He does not have to sell to u. This falls under the:" you snooze....you lose" rule. Why do you feel the need to mess up someone's feedback? He can sell to anybody else just because. Perhaps he got a bad vibe from you.....and sounds like he made the right choice. This is a non issue for most common sense people ....wow

i agree. no negative. i had sold many things and gave out paypal to 2 different people and got home from work and they had both payed. its simple, just issue refund to he who paid last. its as easy as sending money. i have lost many deals by a matter of minutes. i would like to have a nickle for every time someone says i'll take it send me your paypal, and then you never hear from them again. i have over 80 positive transactions and one negative from a jackass that got his feelings hurt over a deal that never happened. i feel you should not b able to leave negative feedback if there was no deal ever made.

I personally don't think it's respectable practice to send your PP info to multiple people at the same time but there's nothing saying you can't. Posting your PP info in your threads is even worse.
@ Patrick, sorry but I'm not digging through 3 1/2 yr old feedback.

To everyone jumping all over the OP's case, he asked the question before posting feedback, give him some credit for doing the right thing.

Simple answer as said (but well hidden within all the angry responses) is no. No transaction no feedback. It is frustrating but it is what it is.
