I can't wait to see his reply, Under normal circumstances one would just file a claim with the post office. If there was no tracking number there would be a reciept number that could easily be confirmed with the post office. If they have a reciept number and no further information on the package they investigate the claim. You can put anyone on the phone but I ship tons of stuff and not one person I have ever dealt with at the post office would personally confirm I sent a package without a reciept number even if I sent it yesterday. I really hope this is all legit for the OP's sake.

I didn't put the mail lady on the phone, he called the post office himself concerned that the package wasn't there yet and she told him that I did ship 2 trucks out and one was a big truck.. That would be the fg. And he will get his part of the deal either way cause I m making a claim on it and I'm also sending him money for his losses

You should really make it right and prove it first and THEN be a smart aleck about it. Otherwise it kinda defeats the purpose.

Hey guys shawn did call me tonight and explained the situation.seems like he had a lot goin on but we talked about it and i understand things happen that are beyond our control.even to the best of people.he assured me that he did ship the truck and so did the lady at his post office.and if it doesnt show up soon he will reimburse me for it.so once again thanks for everyones help and if the truck does miraculously show up i will be the first to apologise and let everything one know.thanks again for callin me shawn

Very good. I apologize for my comments as well.

I don't think the OP needs to apologize nor the other trader. They both handled things pretty well, but SOME of you in this thread...... If any of you REALLY want to know who not to deal with, just read the comments some people post on others threads. That'll tell you who you want to deal with.
I love happy endings.
Enjoy your trucks!

I'll adjust feedback and likely delete this thread once the OP contacts me.
Why delete it....because too many won't take the time to get to the point where it shows everything turned out well.

suggest that the title "ripped off by..." is to be replaced so as to paint the right message.
