Default How to find someone!!!

I bought a transponder off of someone Jan. 2nd. I have yet to get my transponder and was wondering if there was any way to search the person by his email. I am not very happy. he has not sent me any messages about it being shipped!

If you paid through paypal, wait another few days and then initiate a claim. If you can't find his username, thats the best course of action. My bet is he just didn't send you tracking but its on its way, in general there isn;t a lot of scamming here

Based on the number of transactions that take place on this site daily I would have to agree there is not a lot of scamming on this site. Seems to be pretty few to be honest.

you can try plugging the users email into google with the site tag and see if any results are returned. It is really no different than just running a search from the site toolbar but the results can be a little easier to read.

example

[email protected] site:rctech.net

Another option is to export your PM to a text file and run a search in that file from notepad

Without knowing the user name there's nothing I can do for you. How did you contact them to make the purchase? I understand the ease of text messages and sometimes email but to be honest PM's on here are your safest form of contact as far as me being able to help if things by chance go bad.

Ya that is a fairly obvious scam, and the OP did post in that thread. Not looking good if that is the case. Open a paypal claim Immediately if so
