As soon as I read "dollers" I would have stayed away. Good spelling and grammar are not necessary, but I don't think it is a coincidence that most of the past scammers have horrible spelling and grammar.

I will say a special thanks to you for doing such a good job and going above and beyond. Especially when it is a thankless job.

Yeah I really appreciate the mods around here. So the guy had been online today ignored more pm from me. I filed a warning with PayPal and nothing this sucks. Normally I don't mess with low feedback but I thought with all his posts he was a regular. Oh well I will just escalate it with PayPal.

Yes the mods here really don't get enough appreciation.
bdubb83, It does take some time for them to do refunds. Escalating the claim is about all you can do right now. They will send him some e mails and wait for him to respond, with his side of the story. So the more info you can give them will help.

Well, I'll assume the OP sent him a link to this thread. The reason I'ld like thread starters to do it is it can fast track things up to a day compared to me doing it. At this point I'll check log ins and send my own PM.

Escalate your claim if you haven't, at this point there's no reason to wait. You can always cancel it.

Yea I sent him the link yesterday. And did escalate it. Now there is a 10 day waiting period for him to respond.

Then it's a waiting game. This tends to work out 1 of 2 ways. They respond and we try to figure things out, or they log in, read my PM and are gone..one way or another

Hmm...I got this today..

"First off, what would be your reason for banning me??? Because i decided i didnt like pay pals payment terms, i am not waiting two weeks to be paid. Paypal was instructed 4 days ago to refund the money to both of my customers and they are whats holding that up. Secondly, i thought it was your forum rules that nobody is allowed to bash other members, but u are sitting there threatining me with banning me while u allow a thread to go on bashing a member. Why dont u do your job mr. Moderater and threaten them with banishment,as i have done nothing wrong and you are cleary barking up the wrong tree!!! Fyi both members that purchased items from me had my personel cell numbers and were both made aware of the situation as it unfolded"

Can someone please point out the post that is "bashing" the member in question

Lol I was never made aware of anything. This is the problem with the country no one takes responsibility for their actions. Always a excuse or a reason why they failed. Always passing the Blame. Whatever I got my money back and left poor feedback. Again thanks for the help and keep up the good work.

Honestly, I wonder why you do it at all. The forum clearly states the guidelines and also states it's not the forums responsibility.
But, I sure as hell admire your efforts. Keep up the good work.

Bottom line is he decided he didn't like PP's payment agreement AFTER he accepted payment through them. Maybe Paypal should just close his account, hint hint? I buy and send using PP all the time on Ebay and other forums, 11 this month alone. Never had an issue, except when I sent money to my son (took two days). I would assume PP is letting the smoke clear before refunding. They are looking at all transactions heavily now.
