If a person list an item on here and he also lists that it comes with two extra accessories and then he lowers the price twice and you buy it, would you not expect it to come with the two extra accessories that were listed originally. In none of the posts lowering the price does he ever mention leaving out anything that was originally offered.

So have you received the radio and just waiting for him to make it right? Or you haven't received anything and just waiting to see if everything is included? I'm assuming its the former as why else would you post. If its the latter why are you wasting your/our time. Wait till you get the package then post on here. I do agree that you should receive everything listed.

I have already received the radio and PMed him that I did not get the receiver. He said that it did not come with the deal as he stated in his ad....well I quoted him the original ad that said it did come with it. He then replied that it did not once he lowered the price. But in none of the follow up posts that announced he was lowering the price did he mention he would not be including the receiver.

I see nothing in any of his post on the original ad that indicate the 199.00 price would NOT include the receiver or case. Interested to see how this one turns out, and hopefully the seller makes it right.

I had some guy do this. He lowered the price over a period of a few months, finally bit at my offer, and when it showed up he had left a couple items out because the agreed price was soo much lower than where he had started. I didn't really need the stuff, got a great deal anyway, and decided not to argue because the guy was kind of a d*ck (since suspended). You should get what was in the original ad unless it was changed prior to your payment, imho.

You paid for a transmitter, receiver, and case. That's pretty cut and dry considering it's all there in text. I can understand that maybe the seller didn't intend to sell all of it for the final price, but he didn't edit the listing nor make any mention that would lead you or anyone else to believe otherwise.

I've made little mistakes like that before and had to take the loss and live up to my end of the deal. That's what a man of his word does in a situation like that.
