Just sent this PM to him:

"Your revised listing does not mention that the receiver is not included...I have had others check it out to be sure I did not miss anything. Please either send me the receiver or refund me enough money t buy a receiver...I saw you had a 100% trader rating so I hope you will do what is right."

Will post what happens.

I agree, he owes you a receiver. Nothing stated indicated that the lowered price didn't include all the items mentioned in the original ad.

The guy has been here 6 years, has close to 1,000 posts and 29 positive feedbacks. He knows better

I've made little mistakes like that before and had to take the loss and live up to my end of the deal. That's what a man of his word does in a situation like that.

Hopefully it works out for you. And be sure to leave appropriate feedback.
^^^ this...

If he's not willing to send you the receiver I would open a dispute with PayPal.

Unless he has a PM that was sent to you showing he told you a receiver was not going to be included for that price he's on the hook to send you one.

FYI, he can edit his post all he wants..he can't hide anything from me

I would start a paypal claim and hold off on the neg. feedback for a while. Leaving neg feedback early usually leads to more problems.

Feedback is not a negotiating tool. To threaten people with it it like saying "I'm gonna tell mommy".

Feedback should always be left AFTER the deal or any reconciliation is done.

It's a waste of time changing feedback when people simply should have waited.

rant over

I can get no response from him now so I am leaving negative feedback...will chalk this up as a lesson on who not to deal with (as you all should) and going to buy a receiver.

Anybody got a good inexpensive Spektrum receiver????

It's very simple, when I lowered the price to $199, I edited the listing stating the receiver was not included. Maybe you guys can't read! I've been a member of this site for a long time, probably much longer then most of you. This is why I don't like selling things on this site, because I have to deal with a bunch of wieners! I'll send the stupid receiver so that everyone is happy! It's really not that big of deal. In my opinion, the buyer got a really good deal on a radio that was just as described, in mint condition and I even bet that the buyer will attest to that! The receiver is worth $50 easy, so If it will shut everyone up, I guess I'll have to eat it. At this point, it doesn't matter if I'm wrong or right and I could care less what any of you think!

What part of "comes with case and 3500 receiver" implies that the receiver is not included?

Dude, you've got 2 MODS saying that in the first post you that it was supposed to come with the item. Changing it after the fact only makes you look guilty......if you're not already!!

Also, if selling on here is so bad for you, then why are you still here?!?
