Don't Get "Waffled" by rc-waffle (ebay)
 

Turns out many folks have been having issues with this deadbeat seller / buyer. Friend just got "waffled" when he sold him a new item that then he claimed was broken and needed to be sent in for repair. He then shook him down for the repair bill since "great ol' ebay" sided with him (big seller #'s). Little did anyone know, he had turned right around and listed the item for sale on his ebay store for a slight profit. So much for it needing to be repaired. It had the same markings! What an idiot!

The kid that got scammed is only 16 who's been pinching pennies and selling misc things to upgrade to a new offroad buggy.
