Default Neutral feedback

i recently sold a charger that had some issues to a buyer on here. he got the charger and said it wasn't as described bc he couldn't get it to charge correctly.

so he left me neutral feedback. i tried to make it right.

i told him i would be glad to refund his $15 back if he sent me the charger back. he said he would just keep it and use it for parts (power cord and balancing board) because it wasn't worth it to ship it back.

so in turn, he left me neutral feedback. Is that an OK thing to do?

thanks
daniel

No offense tran but when you have a piece of equipment like that, it's probably best to just throw it in the corner. Maybe you'll use it another day.

IMO if the buyer opted to buy it in that condition, and decided to keep it after you offered a refund, then it should be positive feedback.

Answer the above and I'll decide if I want to edit the text in the feedback he left because it may not be correct since you offered to make it right and he decided to keep the charger.
