What would you do for feedback?
I bought some parts from a member with great feedback. I sent money via paypal, and paid on afternoon 6/13/12. Seller stated he would ship in the am. I paid through my phone, and included my name and full shipping address in the note to seller section.
I contacted the seller sat. 6/16/12 to ask if it had been shipped. Seller told me he would ship it that day, he had been unable to get to the post office. Seller contacted me an hour or so later asking for my address. I received a paypal shipping notice, and noticed the address was not the full address I provided, but a partial.
I notified the seller immediately, and then he asked for my address again. I then received a paypal shipping notice cancellation due to address correction.
I sent a pm sun 6/17 asking if it had shipped, he said no, it would ship monday due to address correction. I sent a pm Tue 6/18 asking if it had shipped, he said yes, shipped today 6/18. I asked for a tracking number, no response. Sent another pm late 6/20 early 6/21 asking for tracking, no response.
This is obviously not sitting well with me, and I will start a paypal dispute if I dont receive a tracking number or the parts by Sat 6/23. What would you do for feedback, even if parts do arrive?

I live in a rural area, and since I did not know how he was shipping it, included a physical address and a p.o. box. I asked him to make sure the full address as given was included, and the initial ship notification only showed physical address. Since it was usps, I would not receive it, it would be returned to sender unless the p.o. box was on the label (had it happen, my mail lady at the post office is not very nice lol).
I notified the seller that the full address was needed, and a hour or so later received notice from paypal the shipping notification was cancelled by seller due to address correction.

In addition to my PM to you. If it gets to the point that you need to file a PP claim and let that run its course wait to leave feedback until after PP decides, please.
