I think Cain is speaking of a more vintage site. I do selling and buying on that site and there are almost ZERO issues with scammers. Not that there haven't been ANY, but it's VERY rare.
Now what they make up for in quality transaction they loose in traffic and that's probably the issue the owner(s) of this site would have with the policy. Not saying this is how RCTech works, but normally, Revenue is generated from traffic from the advertisers so putting a policy like that in place would greatly affect their income.
I like BOTH sites. I like that RCtech is a more open environment because more people buy, sell and trade here than any other site I'm a member of. But with a higher population comes a higher risk. The responsibility falls on me to conduct business properly. I'd rather not buy something than buy something that is SUCH A GREAT DEAL from someone with zero feedback.
