Why positive just because I'm curious?

Neutral at best. No communication from seller, no tracking number provided, was rude to the admins on this site who were just trying to help. Neutral at best.

Eh. Maybe neutral. He did the right thing at the end. So I think that that is the most important part. I always try to give someone a second chance.

THREAD BACK OPEN! ITEM RECEIVED TODAY AFTER A FEW MONTHS;
Lied about shipping method
I had to pay part of his postage
Stamps instead of regular package shipping

Interesting resolution....I need final ideas from some of you on what to do now....he already refunded my money. Obviously I am going to pay him back though....

Pay him the agreed upon amount minus what you had to cover for shipping, that's what I would do.

As far as feedback, neutral with a detailed description as to why.

For the love of mankind, is it so hard to figure out how to complete at FS transaction Stamps, really STAMPS..

So yeah it was 4 stamps plus I had to pay $0.15. Not a big deal, but I am just a little confused.... I'm not even sure that he shipped when he said that he was supposed to.
