Default Ironhead.. Total Scammer!!!

Bought a RS PRO a couple weeks back. He never mailed it to me. Gave me bullcrap excuses for 2 straight weeks then told me he didn't have my address. I paid thru Paypal so he obviously had my address. Now he's stalling not wanting to refund my money. I ask for it back a couple of times with no response. Now i've filed a claim with Paypal and he still has not refunded my cash.

Beware!!!!

He won't refund your money, Paypal will.

+1 to what FUAddicts said. Do not close the claim for any reason until you get your money back. If you close it early, he can stiff you and you won't be able to open a new claim.

I doubt I'll ever hear from him but I sent a PM.

Member for a year, 13 threads and 21 posts, all in the FS section, no feedback.....I would have stayed away

If this goes all the way to PP issuing a refund he's gone.

Leave the claim open! If he can not show PayPal proof it was shipped and delivered to your address,PayPal they will find for you. BIg QUESTION IS YOUR MONEY In his PayPal account for a refund? If not his account will remain In the
Negative status until he adds money or collects payment.

Good luck hope you get a full refund

Thanks for the responses guys. I really appreciate the support! Paypal status right now is awaiting his response. He has till the 15th to respond. He flat out told me he never mailed it. Last PM he sent was " I have your item right here but I don't have your address " Well we all know Paypal sends the address. I ask him to just send my money back and of course,,, no response. I do know he has a verified Paypal account and yea, I should have been a little more leary of him. Oh, and I most definitely won't close the claim until I get my money back.. If that ever happens

Unless the payment was sent as a gift they will not have it. I had it happen twice and they asked for my address.

I've bought and sold 100's of things thru Paypal.. Nobody has ever requested my address and I have never needed to request it from anyone. It always comes across as a verified address. Part of Paypal policy is to only ship to a Paypal verified address.

The guy gave me 3 different stories before he even said he didn't have my address.

No address is given if paid as gift.

good luck. go full on refund don't take the item. Usually guys that do this don't take care of their stuff anyway.

I wouldn't say this 100%. I just had this happen to me. Guy bought something from me, told him I'd ship it today. Went to the post office, pull up my Paypal to get shipping address and low and behold....the information was blank.

+1

This one is from just the other day. As you can see, even though the buyer is listed as 'verified', I had to request the addy from the buyer to ship it. I even tried to use the 'print shipping label' screen, same story, it just had blank fields for me to fill in. My buyer has since received the item and left me positive feedback. So while I agree that your seller is a total dirtbag... don't write a seller off based just on them asking for your addy. Of course, if it's been a week and YOU have to contact THEM and they give you that line... well that's a big red flag
