You can also reset your D-IP if you're savvy enough to know what is going on. There are also IP masking/spoofing things that can be done.
But stuff like that would be above the head of most of the run of the mill scammers operating on RCTech.

I use to use an IP masker a few years back, mainly for file sharing. As you get more educated on the subject, you realize that doesn't do anything. It's nice for basic surfing and things like that, but if you're doing something you're not supposed to, you'd better be really good or they're gonna find you. Even then, there's a great chance you'll be located.

sorry man but this site will not help you get anything..this has to have the most scammers i have seen...they keep coming back day after day...when you call one out then they just lock the thread up and it is done...just deal with people you know on here and keep it to that,that is what i do......good luck...

But see i have an in at Paypal where I can get the IP being used to log into paypal. Then I could compare the 2 IP addresses and go from there. Oh well it was worth a shot.
I understand the Dynamic and spoofing abilities of TCP/IP. But I also have over 250 BGP peering sessions in LA at which I potentially could have tracked down where it was REALLY coming from if I had the info pretty quickly.... Paypal protected me anyway!
