"Word of advice do not buy from a Moderator who asked for payment as a Gift"

It will be 2 weeks this coming Monday that I paid $210.00 for a D8 buggy. He Sent me DC 9534 6000 2920 1362 0001 92 but it shows scheduled delivery Jan-4-2012, but here I am since I sent payment as a gift as he requested thinking there no way a moderator of this site would do me wrong I cannot even do a Paypal claim. Un-frickin unreal. :flam ing:

If this is true, it's pretty bad when a moderator can't even follow the rules here.

I've seen a lot of this got scammed stuff over the past few weeks. A lot of people are not taking in account that USPS slow, unorganized and does not follow any guaranteed delivery times. The holiday season has just ended and USPS is still catching up. I'm not siding with your or the mod in question just saying a lot of people are not blaming each other first and overlooking the USPS.

Good point. The seller in question obviously shipped the package, it's just the whole asking for payment as a gift that gets me.

This is the key here, that a MOD ask for payment as a gift. Of course if it comes out to be true I am sure this thread will mysteriously vanish
