Default How long to wait until I file a claim?

So I paid for a MMP combo from super-maxx23 on 20 Oct and still haven't received it or a response from the seller? He logged on 23 Oct last. Tried 3 times to contact him through the forum and once through the email assigned to his paypal. What do you guys think? I ship fast, but I understand everyone else doesn't. So paypal claim or give it more time?

If they haven't answered your PM's I would contact Paypal and dispute the transaction. No reason why they couldn't at least answer your PM. So I see no reason to wait but that is me.

Sounds like a good plan, 2+ weeks is plenty patient for you to be in my book. No reason why he hasnt contacted you.

The only thing is if he is in the New England area alot of us are without power, but that just happened this Sunday.

Good point but he has lurked the boards post power loss so he had an opportunity to respond. Good luck to you, hopefully it all works out.

Don't wait another day I say file the claim and get it started the earlier the better. If it's been this long and no response or answer one more day is not going to make a difference just means you could be your money back that much sooner.

Looks like I will file a claim. I like shipping fast with a tracking number and insurence to cover my own. Why can't everyone be like this? I also have a full-time job, full-time student and have a family. If I can do it, others can.

If only life was that simple right I work 60hrs a week have a new baby and I still find time to ship fast with tracking n insurance on larger deals so it's not hard people just dont seem to care I guess.

Protect yourself, like everyone else has stated.

It will either get his attention and get his butt to the Post Office, or it will start the process for getting your money back. Either way, it brings it to a close for you.
