Start a claim with Paypal, tell them you were shorted and what you received was not as advertised. Tell them that the seller will not deal with you. Don't mess around.

Was his good feedback as a seller? Lots of times people just look at the trader rating and see 100 percent positive with a high number and figure that person is honest. Feedback as a buyer means nothing when that person is selling.

If everything you said is correct then the above is the way I would go.

One more example of why I will NEVER send payment as a gift!! I really want to get into another rant about buyers asking for payment as a gift (which is against forum rules BTW) but I won't.

smart move not paying as a gift

If you are being honest then i think this seller needs to be brought into the light. I personally would like to know who it is so I make sure not to buy from him.

+1 Definitely a smart move not paying as a gift. If i really need something and the buyer is really pushing for the gift payment i offer to add a few bucks to cover the fees. I shouldnt have to i know, but like i said its only if i really need something and its hard to find. If they refuse then I dont buy.

Strangely enough I've started running into the opposite, buyers trying to lowball using the gift option as bait. For instance, say if i was asking $75 they would offer $50 as a gift, its like people dont realize the gift option only saves 3%, i.e only $3 for every hundred sent. I'm not going to knock off $25 to save a measly $2 by you sending as a gift...

i think the seller is good.. 99% of the time if it was a scam or a rip off ,the seller wouldnt reply. good luck tho

(as for rctech on the droid.. its just like on using the forum on a desk top or lap top, you just gotta zoom in on the screen, its really hard to do but it works, my fingers are big and im always messing up, so i stopped using it on the mobile phone! )

KT is really good in giving deals when it comes the selling his items, I have never been steered wrong or here it at the track when he sells an item he is no longer going to run or use. Thatcher is straight up and has a good rep. So please resolve what you can between PM's so no one else gets involved.

I am shocked to see Kevin have any problems, hes one of the coolest dudes at the track and a very good friend of mine who is a super honest guy..

If he says he sent 3 packs then he sent 3 packs.........
and if it were me there is NO way the buyer would get his money back without all 3 returned. Whos to say the buyer isnt a scammer..

Not here to take sides, but I would go ahead and file the claim...... Deal with it through paypal now and leave it up to them..... If you send them the pictures and all the pm's or whatever you two used to communicate the transaction then you have a 90perc. chance of winning the claim since paypal is more about protecting buyers and not the sellers...........

This is only going to keep going back and forth on who is telling the truth, and in this instance only the buyer and seller know...... And if for some reason the 3rd lipo went missing upon delivery to me it is still the seller's responsibility which is why insurance is always a must........

This is why I don't buy used lipos..2 seemingly good guys and lots of finger pointing. I did not bash anyone I only gave advice, no one had brought your name into the mix Kevin, you should have just PM'ed him and resolved it under the radar, you guys should take a deep breath put the finger pointing away and resolve the sale..no sense in making a tense situation worse.
