not asking for pictures was probley your first problem, got how it was discribed or link to the ad?

no pictures, can't really be upset to much.

"like new" is relative to each individuals opinion. perhaps the seller believes that this is "like new"..

Pictures would have prompted questions which would have given a clearer picture of what like new means to each the seller and the buyer.

If your unhappy I would say your within your rights to send it back and ask for a refund but I can't say that the seller should also pay to ship it back. Personally, I buy lots of used ESC's and when I get them I test them with the included wires to verify operation, then I removed them, desolder any excess solder, and rewire to my specs and vehicle. Doesn't matter how perfect it appears I always wire them myself.... but that's me.

if you was told it was like *NEW* used 2 times thats what you should have received. not something that is beat up or missing parts or wires that is cut off like the bullet connectors. i would ask for a refund ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED or some type of Partial Refund.

it looks well used to me... if it was used two times it would have been cleaner condition and not missing the bullet connectors.
