Yeah thanks for posting this, I was one of the others he ripped off...... My paypal claim closes on Wen., so we'll see what happens........ Just sucks you got ripped off for 250...... Mine was only 20 bucks but its the principal of the matter........ Hopefully you get your money back......... And make sure to leave him negative feedback as well.........

Mine was only $20 too. It was the other guy who got hit for $250. That does suck.

I escalated my dispute to a claim just now, as well as sent him a nasty email.

I'll report back when my claim closes.

Yup down $250 from this douche bag also. Paypal case been open a couple of weeks, escalated etc. Hope it'll close out by the end of the week.

His profile show's he's been online but clearly has no conscience.

i Dislike people like this..... can't believe he did multiple deals to scam ppl...Scum bag issue refunds or ship the stuff you sold.....good luck hope it al lworks out.

You would think Paypal would notice all the cases against him and ban him from being able to use Paypal. I hate assfaces who steal.

It's people like this that I wish PayPal or the buyers who got scammed would team up and take legal action against the prick...

It seems way to easy in today's "internet age" for anyone to open a paypal and make a quick couple hundred or thousand dollars and then just disappear and never have any recourse.

Something must be done!

I completely agree. I would love to see a special report show like that to catch a predator. This one would be to catch a internet scammer and to find a judge that loves nailing them to the wall for everything and anything. The sad thing is that paypal will never take severe and swift action because they will never pay attorney fees required to steadily and on a daily basis track down and drag through jail and court to retrieve your money or theirs due to the expense and amount of time that would be consumed by their entire staff. It's probably impossible for them to even come up with a game plan to even start such a thing.

My intentions were not to "take your money and run". I have been caring for a family member who is immobile due to surgery (in addition to not having a functioning computer).

All of your items will be sent tomorrow and I'll publicly post the tracking numbers.

Tobias, I'm going to issue you a refund or let paypal refund you. I'm not sure when it closes or when I'll have a computer (soon, I hope).

Funny how you can find a computer to take peoples money, but can't get one to give it back.

Show your integrity and log onto paypal and respond to the Case against you buddy so I can just get my money back so I can put my dealings with you behind me.

You know what's harassing Mr. McDick, stealing people's money. I'll retract all my statements and delete my thread as soon as everyone gets a refund or their product that was promised.

Two weeks or more without a response after making a business transaction is childish buddy.

I won't hold my breath for a refund or the items.

You know what's funny also is you logging onto your Youtube channel periodically throughout the last three weeks when you "didn't have a computer.":rolleyes:

Answer the paypal disputes/claims, post here after you've done so. Then maybe you'll get some credibility back. I know there's at least three against you.
