seems like the guy has been scamming for a while google borught a few things up...

and theres more, he gave me a bs story about how he didnt have the money to send the item because he had to keep the electric on for his 3 kids, then I find an add saying he is looking for some knife and has paypal waiting...

Well I started a paypal claim, and I am in contact with a friend of mine who is in law enforcment in his area {not local department, but knows the entire force of his local department...} Im not letting him get me... I dont care if it costs me $1000 to make sure he doesnt keep my 115...

i know how to do this now...................first thing you have to do is go to your local courts, fill out a claims form (35.00) make sure you have all his info, address, phone number, i just went through this for a boat i sold on ebay, i sold it for 800.00 and guy sent me 800.00 in paypal, came to my house looked at it, took it down the road to lake and drove it for about 4 hours. hooked it up and took it home (6 hours away) he got home and opened a paypal claim and got his 800.00 back and still has my boat!!! so thats when i went to local court and filed the paper work, he dint show up to first court date and was issued a warrant, they picked him up 3 days later and was thrown in jail, his bail was the 800.00 he owed me! after he gave the cops my 800.00 he was released, then i was told by the courts after all said in done that i could have sued him for double (1600.00) in the state of michigan!! go through the proper steps and they will get him

Oh yes I am going to get him, I have friends in his area that are in my nation wide bike club and 1 is in law enforcement {and in a pretty influential position}.. so he will be dealt with and I will get my money from paypal, I will call the credit card co and deal with it that way if I have to but paypal should do what they have to I never had a problem with them before...
