Just so you know Trick, I am close with SPN, and yes, he did get snowed in, and yes, his back did go out.
SPN is one of the most trustworthy sellers on here, and MANY would stand up for him.
I do apologize you had a beef with him, but if you tried working it out WITH SPN, i guarantee you he would set it right.

I think the lesson here is if you have positive feedback, leave it immediately.
If you're not happy, work it out first. If you can't work it out, THEN leave negative feedback. Negative feedback should be the last resort.
I sold a guy on here a speed control and motor. A week after getting the motor, it came apart on the guy. I believed him and refunded the money for the motor. Because we talked about it and worked it out, we both ended up with positive feedback.
PS I've dealt with Carey as well, he was stand up with me.
