Thumbs down XdirtovalracerX = no good!

Sent him payment for a Dx3r, paypal confirmed payment. He denies getting paid, won't contact me or return my messages. Then he sells the radio $20 cheaper to another member today, sounds fishy to me. Paypal claim in progress now.

And you sent the Paypal payment to the email address he provided you? Did you check every character in the address to make sure you didn't get it wrong?

If it is a case of him scamming you, I hope he gets what is coming to him, because karma is a b!tch.

I saw this post yesterday 5mins after he posted it as a Pro model, I saw it wasn't and even at $170.00 and there were two others selling for $200.00 plus, I knew this was a fishy deal.

Back in the summer a kid sold a DX3 w/rx for 40.00 shipped, I though I did good buying it, til I found out that all 16 of us asking for info had bought it. when found out he had listed it on 10 boards and had scamed over $10.000.00 out of people. Luckly paypal settled it claim, but that why I now live by the "If it sounds to good. It probally is to good to be true" also never send money as a gift unless you know them.

Didn't send it as a "gift" thankfully!. $170 with no rx and he won if at a raffle didn't sound to fishy to me.

Im the one that ended up buying it, I figured, by the time I buy the Rx Ill have $250 into it. Which doesn't really sound like a scam to me. I also didn't gift the money, so I will get my money back eventually. I just bought the 4PKS that was for sale anyway and Ive been texting this guy, so if and when I get the DX3R, Ill sell it to Piston if he hasn't found something else already. Also the seller has 100% feedback, so I figured he didn't want to risk that. but stranger things have happened.
