Never got the truck he said that was shipped he never sent anything to paypal. I Won claim on paypal

Yes it was why didn't he e mail me or PM me after I filed the claim We could have worked it out, also said usps did not give him a tracking number. He did pm me at the start of this and then he quit what would you do.
