What do you all think

Sent 220.00 on 9 -15 pay-pal the car was shipped that is what I was told and I think it was. He has very good feed back, I am going to hope it does show up some day, it's not his fault that it is lost in the mail. I think this is a fair thing to do. Not going to pay-pal. Harold

Harold, that is refreshing to read...you seem like a nice guy.
whatever you do..do not let the time expire to file a claim on paypal. there are time limits.
I like that you are giving him the benefit of the doubt. that is what i wish everyone would do. Try to get a hold of him the best you can and be patient.
then if all else fails, then file a claim.
I already like you and know if i ever deal with you i will have nothing to worry about.

Harold,
I definitely agree that you are being extremely calm about this, but you can only be so nice. You should have been supplied with a tracking number when it was allegedly shipped to you. I know, I personally, would never ship anything that big without getting, and supplying my buyer with, a tracking number.
Very glad to see that you're a good, patient person, but don't get taken advantage of. You only have a 45 day limit to file a claim. After that, you're $*%! outta luck.
Good luck and I hope this is resolved for you soon!

The tracking number is the best thing you can get.

I won the claim on pay pal, now to see if I get any money. He never sent an e mail to pay pal or to me. He has not been on here with his user name so bad feed back will not help. How can I let everybody know to not buy, sell or trade with him. Harold

Just like this. And please do leave the appropriate feedback, that also helps.
