Default just got screwed!! what to do?

Hey all, i just got screwed by a seller here. Unfortunately he just shipped out to the desert. I also paid him paypal as a gift and they said there is nothing i can do to get refund. Can anybody give me a hand? It is a Novak Havok 2s. When i plug it into a battery, no lights or anything. my light for rx comes (spektrum) and steering servo works. I cant use paypal anymore since i have used to much $ in the first place. HELP!

Cut the switch off and solider the postive and negitive togather! You can use your battery as a switch. I dont think I own a esc with a switch because I cut them off!

+1 a switch is just something to go wrong in the middle of a race.

+1 on the switch iv had to run to the pit cut the swich and twist the wires so I could run in a race. The buggy was good all day till the big race and then I was the fool holding up the race because of the switch. Never again all switchs are cut off asap .

Yup I cut all my switches too.. even in my MMpro's and MMM's I've lost several races due to a bad switch.

+1 to this, you lose the "buyer/seller protection" from Paypal since technically you aren't buying or selling anything when it's marked as a gift. And personally, I don't agree with people trying to skirt the Paypal fees, but that's a topic for another conversation.
