TEAMHELOTES! Me have deceived also shop it was closed
 

Hello!
My friend have a very negative accident with this shop.
He was placed the order from TeamHelotes web site Nov. 9, 2009 (Six months ago!!), and don't receive it yet!
He was ordered from this shop Xray XB808 2009 spec and some bearings.
Yesterday the TeamHelotes web site was closed!!
Please help me! We cant open the Disput on paypal, and cant doing anymore!

Helotes closed! Bummer. You can get ahold of him here. He is in the 808 thread now and then.

Did your friend pay with a credit card? Not sure about how things are in Russia but in the US you can dispute the charge with your credit card company and most likely have the charges reversed. I'm not sure if six months is too long to wait though.

I bet it got shipped and lost in transit. I've bought a lot of parts from Jeff and he has gone out of his way to help me. I really hope he isn't closing shop. I'd order from him any day before Amain.

Website it working today. Maybe it was just down yesterday? Looks like they're still in business.

If your in Russia, why are you ordering from a small shop in TX? Fishy... XRAY is made over there, and I know that I can get them cheaper in HK than I could in the US. not adding up.

I was going crazy waiting 2 weeks for a lipo i order that was shiped from China. I couldnt possible go 6 months with out figuring out where my buggy was at. Have you talked to the hobby shop during the 6 months you have been waiting ?

I just got on there and put a 808 in my cart and everything worked
and why would he wait 6months to check on a order
sounds like he didn't complete the order or the credit card didn't go thru

i got my 808 around the same time they were selling off 09 kits as the 10 spec was being released. maybe was backorderd and was never finalized??

They do not answer on our letters. This week in bank have begun investigation. If this store is ok, why TeamHelotes dont answer on letters??

Jeffs a good person and the website isnt down. Something sounds really fish here if you ask me. After 6 months your just now posting something about a product that you never recived sounds like you never ordered it to me.
