Its strange to me that someone from Team Helotes would not want to clear their name from this and post something in response.

Mr. MadRussian you need to calm down and abstain from further inflaming the situation.

I know Jeff, the owner of Team Helotes, and will assure you he is a stand up guy who will not scam people. As much as I can glean from this situation, a package has gone missing, as happens with international shipping, and the customer is of course rightly upset.

Give Jeff a chance to sort it out and I am sure all will be made right. As far as these being accusations, the only one making accusations are the peanut gallery.

6 months is ridiculous. Obviously you have not missed the cash that badly.
As for the store, i purchased an extremely hard to find GorillaMaxx Revo from him on this forum and he gave me an incredible deal, fast shipping, and just a great experience. he's not a bad guy so try another avenue and good luck.

I just found another online shop to not do business with.

And whoever chimed in a few days ago and said to give Jeff a few days because of a death in the family had me laughing. What about the last 5 months? I see a frightening trend here with international buyers and I won't risk my money even though I live in the US.

Thanks for starting this thread. It's always nice to see how everyone is being treated instead of the varying acts of ballwashing that take place around here.

Why dont you have him respond to the man then or better yet why dont you refund him his money and just get it from this "stand up guy"? I wouldnt give him another minute after 6 months, Id bump this thread daily...

So what if it's all international orders that went missing. That could be incentive to scam? Either way, remain in contact no matter what. Or just refuse to do that transaction. Team Helotes is the one sounds fishy here.

Well that tracking number does squat. It comes up with "There is no record of this item. "
