I was hoping I wouldn't find myself here - but yet here I am!

On March 25th, I paid $40.00 for 2 old Novak speed controls (for my old school losi's) Not a really "important" purchase, but still a purchase..

Original thread

I was then told they would be shipped out on the 29th of March.

I waited SEVERAL days, and PM'ed asking for a tracking number - I was told they still hadn't shipped, and If I still wanted them, he would send them - otherwise he would paypal my money back.

I replied back, that I did still want them, and I noticed he had an MIP pan car for $40.00 as well... So I told him to send the Speed Controls, OR the Pan Car - either one - his choice! Just send something!

I got no reply, and waited another two days... Asked If anything had been shipped - - No reply still... This was 2 days ago.

So, It has been roughly 20 days, and I still am out the original $40.00

Not that it really matters, $40.00 covers a bottle of Jagermeister and some redbulls on a friday night- but thats not the point!

If I do recieve anything from him, I will be on here quicker than you can blink to say so...but I am honestly feeling like I was taken for a ride, so to say..

I was PM'ed today (04/27/2010) and asked for my Email addy so He could Paypal the money back to me...

4 hrs later - Recieved my refund Via paypal. - Case Closed.
