Hey KENCHOCO: Did you know that theft through the mail in excess of $250 is considered a felony and you can do up to 10 years in federal prison for your first offense. Granted you would probably only serve 2 years at the most, but a coward like you would most definitley be somebodys bitch during those two years.

Good one Fraz

This guy has an Evolva and owes you money?

I have been wary about doing deals because of people like this. After reading about your trials and tribulations Ron I am thankful for sellers like 'maximum' and 'RandyB'. Ron I wish you the best in getting your money back and hope it works out in the end. Because you have been more than fair and patient.

Regards

I think the system calls it restitution..... Ron has been very patient with you... In my mind there is nothing worse than a theif... I can say I have been very cautious about trading on forums because of people who are less than trustworthy...

Ken,
Ron has given you more time that most would have. I hope you understand that. Sooner or later he will have no choice but to go to the authorities.

Ron,
I can only hope the best for you.... Good luck.

Best Regards,
Derek

Post Kechoco

The thing that bothers me is the fact that you have already agreed to sell the car and got the payment yet you still played with it. Look at where that last hurrah got you in, and as far as you being in the hobby if you can't support your needs man take a damn break there's no point of having RC if you don't have a dime in your wallet. I'm really sad coz I know Ron and he's a really cool guy, I'm surprised that someone can be so patient, flexible and understanding about a transaction like this.

One word of advise Kenchoco get a job and stop smooching, better yet won't you just go to a payday advance. All you need is a paystub from your previous paycheck and I believe that they can get you up to $500.00 dollars in advance until you get your check from work that is if you work. Don't feel like we are all up in this coz just turn the tables around and let's put yourself in Ron's
shoes, I know that you would have probably

Ron, any update on your ordeal with this Kechoco guys? I could only wish to get a hand on this asshole, coz from where I came from, this pain in the neck has 3 choices: 1. mossberg 590A1, 2. colt xs series cal. 45 3. Israeli made Uzi submachine gun.

Hey mossberg590,

As of now, I have already filed a formal complaint against him.
And though he insisted on not having a checking account and
would just mail me out Money Orders on a weekly basis, if that
happens, I will call it even and charge everything to experience.
If not, well, I hope he knows what the consequences are.

I know what you mean about your 3 choices. My dad was born in
Mabini, Batangas and being raised both here and there showed
me the different ways things are dealt with. And having that bit
of "Batangueno" blood sure makes it even harder to deal with
this BS because over here, things are done differently. But if he
was there and had done the same thing, "ALA EH, NAWALA NA
ARENG HAYOP NA ITO" !

I have just recently found out that he actually has a MasterCard
Account and have also recently purchased a number of R/C
Helicopter Spare Parts using that credit card.

So for someone who doesn't have a Checking Account but has a
Credit Card????

And for someone who is having a hard time paying me back and
is insisting on a Payment Plan because he said he is presently
Unemployed...... I dont know man !?!?!?!

Its really amazing getting this much help especially from people
I dont really know personally. And the extent they go to, in order
to give a helping hand, is just AMAZING !

help, MANY THANKS !!!

Hopefully people like you can keep the online trading community
a safe and trustworthy environment and would keep liars, Scum
Bags, Crooks and whatever they really are, AWAY !

If you guys get into the same mishap and you know I can help, I
am just an email or a PM away.

I will keep you all updated on what happens next here.

I have a feeling this kenchoco has giving Ron's money back
on the bottom of the priority list. I'm sure he is gonna say
that every thing is being worked out between him and Ron.

This kenchoco guy is stupid enough to purchase online without
paying you back. Makes you wonder why nobody feels for him
when he gives his hardluck story?

Hey Ron, good to met a kababayan through RC Tech but I would have wish it would be on a different note. Anyway I just hope the moron will give you a refund ASAP and get out of that ordeal. I understand how you feel man, though I havent had such experience. Lucky for us here, we've got a lot of good hobby shop: Pitshop and Manila Hobbies, just to name a few, and guys who sell their stuff online are pretty honest and they wont ripped you of. If you have plans of visiting the Philippines, let me know. I own an on-road track in Batangas, maybe you could join one of our race, heck, Ill give you a free track time during your stay here .

Best regards Pare

Alvin
