PM the guy! He may have added some stuff just to be nice, it happens. Found some extra, and threw em in the box. I've done that more than once.

Ya, contact. I personally would then offer to send back at their expense.

If it truly was a mistake, Return them, I would ask them to pay the shipping as it is not your fault.

I would have to go that route as well. I'm just out to get a good deal, not to get something for nothing.

The thing I love about this hobby, (most of the time), is the willingness to help others. He probably did not "forget", he is probably just being cool. I would definately let him know about the parts and see what he says. Do the right thing dude!

I see it this way... What goes around comes around. Pay back is a bitch. You would like it to happens to you so I say be a good guy and let him know you got extra parts and you willing to send it back if he pays for shipping.

I should clarify, I was the seller of a slash...thke guy was a newbie an wanted aa slash for his son for christmas....I had some hop ups I included in the price...I also had the traxxas aluminum big bore shocks on the truck that I did not include in the price(being this was for a 7 yr. old) I accidently left the shocks on the truck when i delivered to the buyer....I was asking an additional $25.00 for the truck on my add here on rctech.... when I mentioned it to the buyer he said i quoted him a price of $125.00....this was my mistake.....had it been me as the buyer I wud have either paid the additional $25.00 or just send the shocks back....in this day an age honesty is the best policy, ...this isn't a large amount of money it is the prinical..I have good feedback here...I and have made adjustments in the past to keep things good... thanks for all the support...

I'm missing 2 AMB Transponders, one new and one slightly used... they could have gone out with a shipment or accidentally into the trash. Sure wish I had them back!

It is a hobby and everybody I've meet is honest... Let the guy know and work it out. Maybe he'll even let you keep it.

For sure pm the guy ! He may have included the extra parts as a gift if he no longer needed them and they go with the vehicle . Or if it was an honest mistake ( it DOES happen ) and they got shipped by mistake , I'm sure he would be willing to pay for shipping to get them back . Be honest about it . And yes , what goes around, comes around . Do a good deed and recieve a good deed . It's happened to me before . I returned a part to a guy that didn't go with what I bought, so I returned it , ( after I pm'ed him and found it was shipped by mistake) and a week later he found another part that went with the item I purchased from him so he automatically shipped it to me . I offered to pay for it but he said it wasn't a problem at all and just enjoy it . So there ARE alot of good honest people in this hobby .

Smile too many choices....

The really Dick move would be to Post those extra parts on RCTECH and PM him the link but who would do that? Satan!!!!

Nothing to think about, just PM the guy and if he wants the stuff back charge him for shipping and handling.

Good luck with that.

hey guys read his reply that he sent the parts
you could be a jerk and try like hell to get them back or the money (he might be kind enough to do but the deal is final) or count your losses and learn from this mistake
